Terms of Participation

These terms cover registration and participation in the Nashville Predators 4-on-4 Iron Man Tournament, presented by the Nashville Predators and held in Hendersonville, TN. By registering a team you agree to them on behalf of your team and its players.

Registration and eligibility

• Registration is by team. Entry is $375 for one team or $750 for two.
• Every player must hold an RHA Membership or a Weekend Warrior pass.
• A separate Predators event waiver may be required; details are provided by the organizer.
• Divisions and rosters follow the published format. The organizer may adjust divisions to keep a consistent schedule.

Deposits and payment

Submitting the form on this page reserves interest in a slot; it does not take payment. A $200 deposit, arranged directly with the organizer, holds your team's place, with the balance due by the date the organizer specifies. Fees are handled by the organizer, and refund and cancellation terms are set by the organizer.

Assumption of risk

Roller and inline hockey involve inherent risks, including the risk of serious injury. By participating, each player (or their parent or guardian, for minors) voluntarily accepts those risks. Players are responsible for their own equipment; gear is not provided. Any liability waiver required by the venue or the Nashville Predators applies to participation and must be completed as directed.

Conduct and play

Teams agree to follow the published rules and the direction of event officials. The organizer may remove a team or player for unsafe conduct or serious rule violations. Play, format, and schedule follow the rules posted on this page and may be adjusted for safety or logistics.

Changes and cancellation

The organizer may change the schedule, format, or venue arrangements, and may reschedule or cancel the event for weather, facility, or safety reasons. Material changes will be communicated to registered captains.

Media

Photos and video may be taken at the event and used to promote it and future events. If you have a concern about this, contact the organizer.

Trademarks

"Nashville Predators" and related marks are the property of their owner and are used here in connection with an official event they present.
