Format & rules

Rosters

4 skaters on the floor plus 1 goalie (4v4 with goalie)
Roster of 5 — five players total, no more
No substitutions
Every team brings a light and a dark jersey

Game format

3 round-robin games, then single-elimination playoffs
One 15-minute running-clock period per game
Round-robin OT: 1-on-1 shootout
Championship OT: sudden-death 4v4

On the floor

RHA Membership or Weekend Warrior pass required for every player
Play off all netting
8-goal mercy rule
No offsides or icing
Clock stops for penalties; penalties are penalty shots
One face-off per game, at the opening — play resumes from the net after that
On a goalie cover, the opposition retreats to the blue like a delayed offside
