This page is the registration and information site for the Nashville Predators 4-on-4 Iron Man Tournament, an event presented by the Nashville Predators and held in Hendersonville, TN. This policy explains what we collect when you use it and how that information is handled.

What we collect

When you submit the team-registration form, you provide:

• Your team name and the captain's name
• An email address and, optionally, a phone number
• Your chosen division and whether you're entering one team or two
• Anything you add in the notes field

We do not collect payment details on this page. Deposits and balances are handled directly by the event organizer — see the Terms.

Like most websites, our host may also record standard technical information (such as your approximate location, browser type, and the pages you view) for security and to understand how the page is used. See the Cookie Policy.

How we use it

• To reserve your team's slot and manage the event schedule
• To contact you about your registration, the deposit, and event details
• To keep the page secure and improve it

Who it's shared with

Your registration details are shared with the event organizer at the Nashville Predators (Harrison DuPree), so they can process your entry and reach you about the event. We do not sell your information or share it for unrelated marketing.

How long we keep it

We keep registration information for as long as needed to run the event and for a reasonable period afterward for records. You can ask us to delete your information using the contact below, subject to any records we're required to keep.

Your choices

Children

Youth divisions are part of this event. A parent or guardian should complete registration for a minor and is responsible for the information provided.

Changes

We may update this policy as the event is finalized. The "last updated" date above reflects the current version.
